How many ram slots got my Acer Aspire ES1-433-32G1

I wonder because my windows 10 task manager told me i am using 1 of 4 slots, but i think this is not true or it is ?

Also i see there is one free ram slot when i open the back panel of the laptop so they are 2 (one user with 4 gb stick and one free) ?

You can install another 8GB DDR4 memory module to make up to 12GB maximum(4GB On-board+8GB).

Hi,
I couldn't find the specs for the RAM model you have posted, have you tried reseating it? It could be a faulty module as well, I am not sure why it's not showing up, anyway, please post any part numbers or model numbers on that module, I have attached the modules compatible with your laptop.

Yes, that's correct, on-board memory is soldered to the motherboard, in fact it's not a separate unit and is part of the MB.

I order this ramJ&A 4GB DDR4 2133MHz (but laptop does not found it, also i check in bios but again not found)
