I have been reviewing some posts of people with the same or simillar problem but with no luck.
I ran the Raid_tool for my G9-793 and the result was that in the Intel application it says the disks are no longer volumed together but in the BIOS it still says RAID
What can I do to solve this?
Thanks in advance

BIOS will always report as RAID, since it's the only setting avalaible.
you need to check on windows if your SSD and HDD are still on RAID or not, run iRST and check it.

    Hello IronFly!
Thanks for the quick response, I already checked and the iRST says they are already 2 separate disks (SSD SATA and Disck SATA) but I dont see to disks on Windows explorer theres just C:

    ok.
press windows logo key and type
    disk management
    click it
check if both SSD and HDD are listed.
if HDD is listed but is not allocated, right click it and choose to format as NTFS

    Hi!
It looks as if when the RAID_tool separated the drives the D: drive became a perfect clone of C: so I'm not able to format it.

right click the blue partitions and choose to delete them, so you will have a single black one (no asignado), then right click it and choose to format to NTFS
