Acer predator G9-791 upgrade SSD 960 EVO
Hey!!!
I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade to 2x Samsung 960 EVO 250GB?
Has anyone already managed to do that? And is this the best SSD choice for M.2 Sata?
And is it automatically in raid 0 when I do a new installation? Normally, he did that automatically on the other SSDs.

You will always have
- one M2 NVME SSD and one M2 Sata SSD (as there're two different interfaces on the mainboard).
- or two M2 Sata SSD's
Planning to do a Raid0 for performance you must do more backups, because of Raid0. And an M2 SSD is obviously much faster.
But it is always the question, which of the following is important for you:
- redundancy of your data
- performance
- capacity

Sorry for the late response, I thought I had not received a message yet.
So it is not possible to build the same samsung 960 ssd's in the laptop because of the 2 diffrent interfaces?
Yeah I'm sure that I want to use Raid 0, due to VMware (Virtualsation for school, and other heavy tasks).
I'm doing backup externaly, and even if i do RAID 1, It won''t protect the system fully you have always to do back-ups.
2x 250 GB is enough SSD.
I already have an samsung 850 EVO 500 GB als thrid drive. But the big question is can I use 2x samsung 960 EVO ssd's?
