I need a mounting kit for my laptop. Acer doesnt provide me with one because i got it from us to uk. I didnt even get the sata cable, screw, caddy or anything. I need to know where i can get these parts because i brought a fire cuda sshd with it as a bundle and i cant use it otherwise. I feel like i got scammed because why include an item which i cant use. Please some respond!

As ive said i contacted uk acer support and they said they cant do anything about it0

Sorry to hear that, maybe call them again and explain everything sometimes it's a roll of the dice with the tech you get. Have the part numbers on hand and maybe reference some of the posts here so they can be aware of the situation at hand.
