Hi Trailblazer,
Thank you for your answer.
I forgot to mention that I've already try this solution.
I think that te best solution is to factory reset. But 'm not sure it work because I've this problem since the beginin.
Thank again.

I also had this error when I got my laptop, but updating killer suite fixed it straight away. Please make sure you have installed the right killer network driver from http://www.killernetworking.com/Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Hi,
I got the same error with G9 791 as well from the beginning.
I also always looked for a solution via the Killer Network drivers. But this is not the solution.
With Windows Creator Update there came a newer Intel IO driver (I think). I didn't do research, which version or so, but when trying to install the old one, message is displayed, that the installed one is the current one.
Before I got many BSODs with installing other virtual Network Adapters, like Virtualbox or VMware are inclunding.
So the solution is, you must do a fresh install media with windowsmediacreationtool.exe and do a fresh install from the scratch. I use the chipset and Intel ME drivers from Acer's web.
But as there will be a fresh windows version this month, I would try this one.

Hi everyone,
I've updated the killer adapter again with the 21 september driver. And this time it work. For 24h now I don't have any bsod.
So the first response was the correct response for me (Sorry).
For those who responded after that, I'll thank you anyway.
To be complete I've updated the driver AND I've remove Vmware.
Thank you to all of you.
