CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:03:02 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 1743,360

Postem fotos pra ajudar a acer a achar o problema!
Instala o ultimo windows preview home + drivers via windows update only, nao instalar nenhum driver a mais...
Voces podem acompanhar meu post no forum americano aqui:IVE FOUND SOLUTION!
THE LATEST WINDOWS PREVIEW + WINDOWS UPDATE DRIVERS ONLY = PERFECT!
THE ONLY THING THAT IS LEFT IS AN ACER BIOS TO SOLVE THE THROTTLE! I HAVE NOW ALMOST ZERO LATENCY!
SYSINTERRUPT IS GONE!
i FORMATED COMPUTER USING GPT AND LATEST WINDOWS HOME PREVIEW! ALL DRIVERS ARE THE DEFAULT FROM WINDOWS UPDATE, PLEASE DONT INSTALL OR UPDATE ANY, I DIDNT TESTED WITH OTHER DRIVERS ..FEEL FREE TO TRY ! TAKE A look!
Thats before the fix on creators updateafter the fix ! windows preview ver 16193 win update drivers only
As you can see the dpc bad message has gone!!!!
And whats funny? is that on power manager settings now i only have balanced mod enabled, what means that i was right! the acpi driver and bios comunication was totally fault on latest drivers and latest windows version...this preview fixed it! but WE STILL NEED AN BIOS UPDATE FROM ACER AS YOU CAN SEE ON PIC FOR THROTTLE DISABLE.
You guys can download the latest windows preview from microsoft website https://insider.windows.com/Home/GetStarted/preview-faq-right-for-me-pc
Acer we will still wait for your new bios with more options and with the option to turn off the throttle!
Anyways im happy now! Tested lots of games and the performance is really the best right now!
