Boa noite, estou tendo problema com um Monitor Acer SA270 LED IPS, com retençao de tela ou burn-in.

Nao sei se é esse o tipo de problema, mas vou descrever aqui. Quanto o monitor fica muito tempo em uma imagem, e mudo para outra imagem, fica umas sombras da imagem anterior na tela. Gostaria de saber se isso é normal ou defeito. E como resolver?

Você já tentou entrar no modo factory?
S1. Turn offthe monitor, press “Power” and “Modes”button at the same time for turning on the monitor.
