My Nitro 5 is not recognizing Kingston's NV2

I bought my Nitro 5 (AN517) and since it comes with only 250GB of memory, I decided to replace and add one more. So, I removed the original one and added two Kingston NV2s of 500GB (NV2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2), but they simply are not recognized. They do not appear in the BIOS, much less during formatting. I find it hard to believe that this notebook is not compatible with any NVMe model. Does anyone know why this is happening?
