Acer Product Registration não funciona

Olá, eu comprei meu computador recentemente no entanto ao tentar cadastrar o mesmo pelo aplicativo Acer Product Registration, a seguinte mensagem aparece "O sistema está indisponivel. Tente novamente mais tarde". Já tentei fazer variaves vezes o login porem nenhuma vez funcionou. O mais interessante é que no site da acer meu produto está registrado em meu usuario
