AN515-54-58CL não funciona a tecla winkey

Olá, boa tarde a todos!
Ontem comprei um Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-58CL, e ao formatar, a tecla winkey funcionou por alguns momentos e depois parou.
Não consigo abrir o menu iniciar.
Ao apertar a winkey o teclado acende, porém não executa o comando.
Devolução ou tem correção?

    Instale o nitro sense, vá em configurações e desative a opção referente a tecla

    Mas, sempre que formatar o PC, a tecla nunca irá funcionar? Acredito que não deveria ser assim...

    Não é um problema na tecla, mas sim uma configuração do nitro sense. Baixe o nitro sense, vá em configurações e verifique a tecla windows
