Firstly, what are you using the M.2 SSD for? Is it a slave or a boot drive? The BIOS doesn’t show a slave drive it only shows in BIOS > Boot > Boot priority order your #1. “Windows Boot Manager” as your first priority boot disk. To see if your M.2 is recognised look in “Disk Management” and see if the M.2 is shown there? Show us a caption of your BIOS > Boot and also your “Disk Management”.
I’m posting a caption of a boot drive "Disk 0" GPT/UEFI (its an SSD) and a slave drive "Disk 1" MBR/Legacy (spinner HDD), this is what your “Disk Management” as a boot drive (GPT/UEFI) and your addition M.2 slave drive (MBR/Legacy) should look like or similar.

i want to make the m2 as boot disk so the laptop wil be faster and i want to use the original hdd (1Tb)as slave (for storage) ,i will take screenshots and i will take pics of the motherboardthe m2drive is a intel ssd 600P ssdpekkw256G70
