cant find boot priority or order

Model Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54
i recently replaced the 128gb SSD and 1tb HDD with a Samsung Evo 970 m.2 SSD and a Samsung evo 860 sata 1tb. im trying to alter the boot order or atleast check to make sure it set correctly but it doesnt show any of the drives in bios, am i doing something wrong or is there a certain sequence i need to open in CMD before i boot in bios? Thanks
