Acer nitro 5 modelo AN515-52-52BW trava ao rodar Fortnite

Comprei um acer nitro 5 modelo AN515-52-52BW ele esta trava ao rodar Fortnite, já fiz todas as atualizações e tutorias de youtube só que continua apresentando o mesmo erro que é: The Application hang detected. Tenho internet de 200 mega e ja nao sei o que fazer mais

    Já fiz esse tutorial durante uma semana deu certo depois voltou o mesmo problema 
    tenho o cs Go só que com ele não tem problema nenhum
