Meu Notebook Acer Aspire ES 15 ES1-533-C27U, só funciona corretamente se a tecla FN estiver pressionada. E quando vou pra uma página do Google por exemplo, ele vai pro final da página e ñ consigo subir... POR FAVOR, alguém pode me ajudar??

    Esse problema ocorre ao resetar a bateria?

    O notebook somente liga se alguma tecla estiver sendo pressionada? Qual é a versão do bios? Há uma função chamada function key behavior no bios? O mesmo problema ocorre ao reinstalar o windows?

    Já tentou desinstalar a controladora do teclado no gerenciador de dispositivos?

    Não... O problema ocorre depois do notebook ligado... 
    Ele liga normalmente... Depois de ligado, é que tenho que ficar com a tecla FN precionada pra tudo.
    O notebook já foi até formatado e nada funcionou.
