Problema com microfone - Aspire VX

Good morning, my notebook is the acer aspire vx (i5 7300HQ and gtx 1050). I have a problem with my headset microphone (HyperX Cloud) that when I connect and select the realtek headset driver option with a microphone, the headset microphone does not work.
I've tried to reinstall and update the Realtek drivers, but it didn't work. If anyone knows the solution, please help me.

Qual modelo EXATO do sue notebook?
A questão não é reinstalar o driver.
Deve verificar se o conector esta sendo pressionado até o final (não pode sobrar nenhuma parte) e se nas opções do Windows o dispositivo de microfone esta autorizado a acessar.
