 Tenho um laptop nitro 5 há 2 anos e sempre travou muito, mas meu pai sempre insistiu em ser impaciência minha, mas não aquento mais, ele trava em tudo, desde tarefas simples, inicialização até em jogos, o que fazer?

    Qual modelo EXATO dos eu notebook?

    Comece pelo básico:

    Acesse o MSCONFIG e desabilite TODAS as aplicações que iniciam com o sistema e todos os serviços que não sejam Microsoft.
    Desinstale qualquer antivírus.
    Realize uma limpeza de temporários do sistema e do disco como Administrador.
    Atualize a realize do Windows para a 1909.
    Depois reinicie e faça um teste.

    Verifique também no gerenciador de tarefas se ocorre erro de uso a 100% do HDD:



    Caso sim, tente as opções do vídeo do Baboo:
