Oi, gostaria saber o que Fazer. Já procurei cómo solucionar mas não está dando certo: no boot não estou achando a opção legacy. Preciso de ajuda. Obrigado

    O sata mode está em: rst with optane. Fiz tbm o resete da batería mas não deu.

    Nesse caso, seu HDD é reconhecido na Bios.
    Tente restaurar as configurações com F9 depois F10 e faça um teste.

    Esse modelo vêm com um hdd de 1tb mais a memória optane. Você já verificou se o sata mode está em rst with optane? O que acontece quando você reseta a bateria?

    O hdd aparece sim. Ao resetar a bateria e abrir a tela, se liga sozinha a Notebook?
