Minha webcam não funciona. Dá erro Ax00f4244<NoCamerasAtach

Minha webcam não funciona no windows 10. aparece um erro Ax00f4244<NoCamerasAtach>. O modelo do notebook é Modelo M5 481PT.
Já fiz todos os procedimentos ensinados, como desinstalar o drive, instalar.

    O seu windows está na versão 2004? A camera aparece no gerenciador de dispositivos?
