Problema na ventoinha

Já tem dias que eu estou com problema com a minha ventoinha que não para de rodar, fica fazendo barulho e meio que deixa o notebook "vibrando".

    Bom, desde o final do ano passado estou com problema no notebook no qual ele só funciona se estiver conectado ao cabo de energia, se não conectar ele nem liga. No ícone da bateria aparece escrito: 255% disponível (conectado). No começo do ano eu comecei a ter problema com a ventoinha, durante um tempo fazia esse barulho e vibração, aí depois parava durante um tempo, depois voltava... Aí de uns dias pra cá ele está ficando assim direto, logo na hora que eu ligo o notebook.
