O touchpad estava funcionando normalmente quando, no meio de uma ação, o touchpad simplesmente parou de funcionar. Reiniciei o notebook e a função de touchpad está ativa. Pode me ajudar, por favor?

Olá, fiz o reset da bateria e atualização da bios, nenhum funcionou. Antes de atualizar a bios, a função touchpad já não aparecia lá. A atualização não mudou isso, a função continua não aparecendo para colocar a alternativa "basic" nela.0

OK! Access the bios and then press go to the main tab and press ctrl + s. Check that the touchpad function appears.
