Boa noite, alguem saberia me dizer o que pode ser a causa dessa mancha na tela do meu acer aspire 5742g-484g?

    Ele foi pra assistencia pois está desligando sozinho. Mas não obtive nenhum diagnóstico preciso, ai agora alem de continuar desligando ta c essa tela assim... Quando esta desligado essa mesma mancha fica parecendo uma sombra.
