    Teoricamente a segunda opção seria mais rápida?

    Sim, quanto maiores a velocidades, melhor.
    Mas irá depender do seu uso.
    Para 95% dos usuarios, um SSD PCIe NVMe jamais será utilizado nem se quer 1/4 das velocidades ou desempenho.

    SSD não gera absolutamente nenhum tipo de ganho de FPS em jogos.
    Apenas torna os loadisngs mais rápidos.
