Pc não conecta com a wifi

boa noite, eu estava usando o meu computador e do nada ele bloqueou, reiniciando sozinho. No entao ao reiniciar este deixou de se conectar no wifi, alias nem aparece que tem wi fi disponivel. Já reiniciei varias vezes e nada muda. Por favor me ajudem

    O adaptador esta identificado normalmente e funcional.
    No ícone do adaptador ao lado do tray (do lado do relógio) não aparece opção de ativo ou de conectar?

    Quando carrego no icone rede isto é o que aparece, onde geralmente mostraria as redes disponíveis, no entanto não aparece nada agora
