Aspire E 15 não liga

Olá 
Tenho um notebook Aspire E 15 modelo E5-574-50LD que inicialmente parou de funcionar a Webcam.Depois ele não liga mais.O que pode ser?

    Os leds acendem ou piscam? Você já tentou resetar a bateria?

    Já fiz o reset da bateria e nada mudou.
    Conecto a bateria nele e aparece a luz laranja.

    Digo,conecto o carregador e a bateria carrega até aparecer a luz azul.
    Esse computador começou a não funcionar a webcam depois desligava sozinho.Até que não liga mais.Já fiz o reset e nada
