    depois que eu criei o pendrive Bootável, como fazer para dar o Boot, para iniciar a instalação??

    Vá no bios. Crie uma senha no setsupervisorpassword para desativar o secureboot e ative o f12boot menu. Depois pressione f10 para salvar e pressione f12 antes do logo da Acer.

    porque depois que eu formatei o windows Já ativo automaticamente o windows, não precisei colocar o serial?

    Sabe que eu tinha te mostrado a foto com os serial que eu tinha, e eu queria tirar uma dúvida,
    se alguém tinha pegado esse serial pode alterar algo do meu notebook, ou ele só vai ativar no computador dele, e não vai acontecer nada comigo??

    Olha, há o perigo sim de utilizarem o serial. O máximo que poderia ocorrer é você não conseguir ativar o windows.

    Ok, seria só de eu não conseguir mais ativar o windows, ou também se alguém pegou o serial 
    consegue mecher no     hardware ou mecher nas configurações do meu notebook.

    Não há absolutamente forma alguma de como acessar uma maquina ou sistema apenas com chave de ativação.
    As chaves OEM não podem ser transferidas para outros equipamentos.
