problema pra carregar meu acer aspire serie es15

quando coloco o carregador no notebook, a luz de carregar começa a piscar e depois a luz que indica que ele esta ligado tbm, ficam piscando junto e não carrega, eu fico tirando o cabo e recolocando, ate que uma hora para e carrega normal. quando esta carregando normal, se eu mexer no fio, começa a piscar tbm.
