ILUMINAÇÃO DO CANTO INFERIOR ESQUERDO FICAR MAIS FRACA COMO SE TIVESSE UMA LAMPADA QUIMADA NESTA REÃ

MEU COMPUTDOR COM APENAS 3 DIAS DE USO APARECEU ESTE PROBLEMA. NO CANTO INFERIOR ESQUERDO ESTÁ MAIS ESQCURA COMO SE NESSA AREA TIVESSE QUEIMADA UMA LAMPADA E DEIXADO O AMBIENTE SENDO ILUMIDADO PELO RESTANTE DA TELA. DÁ PARA OLHAR TODA A IMAGEM, MAS COM UMA ILUMINAÇÃO REDUIZIDA. POR ALGUNS SEGUNDO VOLTOU AO NORMAL, POREM FICOU NOVAMENTE ESCURO NESTE CANTO ESQUERDO. ISSO É QUESTÃO DE CONFIGURAÇÃO OU PROBLEMA REAL?

    Pelas informações é sim provavel que seja um problema na construção da tela.
    Minha recomendação é de que se está no prazo de troca de 7 dias, realize a troca imediatamente.

    Faça backup inicialmente em um HDD externo de sues arquivos e dados pessoais.
    Depois, assim que ligar o aparelho, pressione ALT + F10 antes do logo da Acer para que o sistema de reinstalação seja iniciado.

    RESETEI A BATERIA, APERTANDO POR 5 SEGUNDOS... NÃO SEI SE FOI O SUFICIENTE... PORÉM MESMO ASSIM NÃO DEU CERTO. 
    NÃO SE FICA PERCEPTÍVEL, COM ESSA IMAGEM.....

    É o tipo da situação... dá para enxergar tudo, porém tem dois pontos: o incômodo, e o defeito por ter aparecido em apenas três dias de uso... 
    Preciso dele prq estou escrevendo a monografia e tenho até maio para terminar... no entanto é só até amanhã para trocar no site e esperar até no sei quanto tempo por outro, ou ficar com esse mesmo assim, para não perder tempo de escrever a monografia, e depois que terminar de escrever, tentar a assistência técnica para resolver isso.
