Notebook "hiberna" do nada, o que fazer?

usando o notebook normalmente do nada a tela apaga e a luz azul que indica que esta ligada vira vermelha e piscante, teclado para de funcionar e o botão de ligar não funciona, a unica maneira de voltar ao normal é abrindo e fechando a tela, alguem sabe o que pode ser isso?

Já verificou se a hibernação não esta programada?
Realizou o reset da bateria?
