Bom dia. Fiz a aquisição do notebook ACER A515-51-55QD há alguns meses, após poucas semanas de uso notei LENTIDÃO ABSURDA E TRAVAMENTOS. Gostaria de saber como proceder com o mesmo. Ainda está na garantia.

Comece por verificar no gerenciador de tarefas se o disco apresenta o erro de uso a 100%, dessa forma:
Caso sim, atualize inicialmente para a release 1903 do Windows.
