    Está 100%, sim após eu clicar em Yes do tpm. Estou refazendo tudo novamente para vê se volta ao normal

    Depois reinicie.

    Depois coloca o notebook Acer no sistema no modo de segurança, tenho que reniciar?

    Deve acessar o modo de segurança e depois desabilitar o Windows update.
    Reinicie e verifique como está o sistema.

    Meu notebook Acer parou de destravar, só que agora eu não consigo assistir nenhum tipo de vídeo aula, pelo YouTube ou qualquer canal de vídeo, nem os vídeo da minha faculdade fica todos fora do ar. Preciso de uma solução porque eu estudo por vídeo aula. Obrigado!
