TENHO UM NOTEBOOK ACER ASPIRE 5 MODELO A515-51G-C97B COM MAIS OU MENOS 5 A 6 MESES DE USO, E CONECTO O CARREGADOR NELE E FICA CONECTADO SEM CARREGAR, JA FIZ DE TUDO FORMATEI JA PASSEI TUDO QTO E TIDPO DE PROGRAMA E NADA. O PINO ESTA CERTINHO

    não é tão simples @ca_meks. @Palumbo, você já tentou desinstalar os drivers da bateria e do adaptador ca no gerenciador de dispositivos? Além disso, você já tentou resetar a bateria interna?

    não fiz nada disso ainda. como reseto a bateria dele. é interna essa bateria....

    Fiz isso de resetar a bateria e nada. Desinstalei os 2 adaptador no gerenciador de dispositvos. Como instala agora eles, sumiram
