G3-572: Acer Care Center não abre.

Prezados, tenho um Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-572.
Após a recuperação de sistema, o Acer Care Center aparece na barra de tarefas, mas quando clico para abrir o programa, ele não abre.
Já tentei desinstalar e instalar novamente com o link que um colega postou aqui no fórum e mesmo assim o problema persiste. Já tentei abrir pelo menu iniciar, pelo windows explorer e pela barra de tarefas. Em ambos os métodos, o cursos da sinal que o notebook está processando por algumas frações de segundos, porém o programa não abre.
Se alguém tiver uma solução, ficarei muito grato,
