notebook acer f5 573g 519x não reconhcer sdd PCIe

ola pessoal estou com pequeno problema, tenho um notebook acer f5 575G 519X comprei um ssd M.2 PCIe NVMe kigspec fiz a instalação normal no porta m.2, mas o notebook não reconhece o ssd abrir o gerenciamento e bios não aparece o ssd em ambos, quem poder mim ajudar eu agradeco
