Tempo de bateria do Acer spin3

Olá, bom dia. 
Adquiri recentemente um notebook Acer spin315-51-599e e a na descrição do produto informa que o tempo de bateria chega até 10hs de uso. Sei que muitas coisas influenciam no tempo de bateria, aplicativos abertos, processamentos pesados, mas utilizando apenas internet e instalando alguns aplicativos o tempo ficou entre 2 e 3hs de uso. É normal ou pode ser defeito da bateria?

    Como mencionou, muitas coisas podem influenciar no tempo de uso da bateria.
    Brilho de tela e Wi-Fi estão entre os grandes consumidores de energia.

    Crie um Report sobre a bateria e poste aqui pra gente.

    Apesar de em alguns momentos (com base no report) sua bateria ter decaído, possivelmente foi pelo uso.

    Configure melhor o aparelho para que a bateria dure mais e depois poste aqui pra gente um novo report.

    Eu recebi meu spin3 ontem e a bateria não durou nem 4 horas. 
    Está correto isso? É propaganda enganosa?
