DESDE QUE COMPREI MEU NOTEBOOK ELE APRESENTOU MUITA LENTIDÃO.... ELE TEM 4 GB DE MEMÓRIA E 1 TB HD, ESTOU DE SACO CHEIO... NÃO RECOMENDO!

Pode ser que ele esteja com problema do disco em 100%! Pressione as teclas ctrl+shift+esc e veja se o disco realmente está em 100%! Se estiver, siga as dicas desse vídeo a partir do sexto minuto:
