Connect Laptop to TV Led

Hello. I have an Acer E15 E5-575G laptop and tried to connect it to a led tv. I have not managed to get a message like installing another driver. I have installed the same message. What do you advise me?

    Some devices will automatically adjust their output to the TV when connected viaHDMI. 
    Diconnect and try once again to connect your laptop to the TV. Plug the other end of the cable into the "HDMI IN" port on the display. Turn on the display. Press "Fn-F5" on the Acer's keyboard to activate the video port and send the image from the computer to the external display.  Click "Start | Control Panel | Appearance and Resolution.  Click the "Displays" option. A window will open allowing you to change the resolution or arrangement of the multiple displays. 
    Another way : At your Desktop screen do a right mouse click and select screen resolution from the menu. Then on the Multiple Display bracket select "Show Desktop only on 2 (This the 2nd screen which should be your (TV)
