I have heard there were stuttering issues with the screen. Unsure if this ended up being a Windows 10 issue or something with refreshrate/gsync or a deeper hardware issue. Anyone have any further info on this?

    Screen sluttering can be fixed by updating BIOS, drivers and uninstalling Geforce experience. There were some users having problems with the screen flickering. It turned out to be a hardware issue and they had to send their laptops for repairs.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
