@jimblind your usb c port doesnt support power over usb for charging (its only 3.2 gen 2 10gbps and its thunderbolt compatible but might not work well u need a 40gbps port to have thunderbolt working properly it will support some displays but will never support properly an egpu for ex) it would have the same exact symbol…

@SeeK via hdmi i think the max was 240hz on the 2018 predators PH317-51 (only displays that support it via hdmi 2.0 so i would suggest you if u have a dp port to maybe find a display that supports that via dp instead also 24gb ram its not dual channel your loosing ram performance your not getting dual channel performance…

@L30B4R as @JackE said youre thermal throttling on the dgpu these are your only options optimize your windows undervolt it properly with TS and if needed clean it properly and repaste it with kryonaut or similar if youre able to without voiding your warranty or otherwise send it back to get it repasted with crappy stock…
