Excuse my bad english (and sorry if this post is late) but the Freeze cause is "NitroSense". Close it and no freeze ! Launch it if you want to manage fan and close it (setting is ok after close). hope i help any user of Acer N50-6xx

Bonjour, NitroSense créé des micros freeze c'est sur que c'est la cause de votre problème. J'ai désactivé le lancement automatique de NitroSense et je le lance manuellement quand j'en ai besoin !

I unplugged the power cable from the LEDs :-)
