I also had the same issue with my Acer Aspire V5-431P-997B4G50Mass. And this is what worked for me; I had to rebuild a bootable windows 10 with the GPT option instead of MRB. Then I went ahead to install a new windows(with GPT) and now my Acer Aspire V5-431P-997B4G50Mass works fine
