Last year in july i receive the same laptop but with rtx 2060, i had this problem since the first day of use, the charge bloc was blocked at 80%. After that i get a new one, and today no problème 

For me no issue i change nothing i have the ph317 53 with rtx 2060 version

for me no audio glitch

intall notebookfan control and put the xml file from https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/574033/helios-300-ph317-53-72p5-rtx-2060-fan-stopping/p7 with this you can stop fan at 0 rpm manualy the xml file is from zyppishare or sandspace link from belik for me it’s work and have this laptpp from august 2019

In notebookfancontrol you must select your laptop models. I don’t find ph317 53. how you do that? thank

No problem the right fan have metal blade and left have plastic one. The fan with metal blade have more blade because thinner and more air flow

they said , they will notify me once we get an update 

this version not fix this problem yet. predatorgaming twitter reply to me and said we shared this problem with our team, and this v1.08 not include fan fix yet. I think in the future it will be done

passive or active don’t fix anything. helios 300 2019 made like that

same for me the fans cannot complete stop the fan stop when below 27C (imposible)

it’s not problem unit all helios 300 2019 are like this. it’s annoying

It’s software. Acer choose that the fan never stop

i play game like assassin, the division 2... with cooler pad and cpu underclock to 1500mhz and fps limit to 35fps my cpu and gpu temp never reach 50C for fan control on idle to get 0 rpm, last time i send message to predatorgaming twitter for any news. they don’t said it’s impossible they said no update yet

they did it on purpose to wear out the fans faster and make us change the PC
