Regardless of setting in Sense, the issue remain, please read the post. Sense is what you see in the screenshots (in Sense, the "Persononalised/Customised" option is set low, but doesnt fix the issue). Quick access in my laptop does not have the setting you suggest.

Appreciate if you get back with a more serious response. All you have written is done, the USB is compatible and also tested on both this and another computer earlier. Again, the USB works perfectly fine to boot from, have used it for that earlier on other laptops. But Im starting to get worried of your replies, like: "The only other possibilty is that your firmware is corrupted in that case bring your laptop to Acer "

Again, this is about the option is not listed in BIOS. Why would switching yhe USB between different USB port affect this? The USB is bootable (have used it earlier to boot from). The issue is that (as topic say) the option is not even available in BIOS. There is only 1x boot option to choose in BIOS. So I wonder how come but primarily, how to fix this? Thanks
