acer nitro 5 AN515-54-75T7 impossible de ré-installer nitrosense

dans Predator et Nitro
bonjour,
je ne pouvais plus lancer nitriosense sur mon pc je l'ai donc désinstaller dans le but de le réinstaller et la plus possible. message : "Cet ordinateur n'est pas pris en charge ". j'ai rechercher toutes les solutions possible mais rien n'y fait. Alors que puis-je faire svp?

    j'ai du le desinstaller, redemarer et le reinstaller et du coup maintenant ca fonctionne. merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de m'accompagner.

    avez-vous essayé d'installer l'appxbundle? quel est le nom qui apparaît dans le bios. exemple: Nitro AN515-54 devrait apparaître. tout nom autre que celui, empêche l'installation de nitro Sense.

     oui j'ai essayer , ça na pas fonctionner comme mentionner le nom qui apparaît est NG-AN515-54-75T5. Que puis-je faire donc ? car je n'y peut rien a ça moi ?

    avez-vous envoyé l'ordinateur portable en réparation? Vous pouvez essayer de changer le nom dans le dossier Nitro sense plugs.

    Le nom du modèle apparaît sous la forme NG-AN515-54-75T7. Le nom correct doit être Nitro AN515-54. Fais le:
    b) allez dans le dossier plugs et changez le nom Predator PH315-52 en NG-AN515-54-75T7 et effectuez l'installation.

    Remarque: la bonne chose est de contacter le support technique acer, afin qu'ils puissent corriger le nom dans le bios!
