NG-AN515-42-R5Q4 Nitrosense ne s'installe plus.

Bonsoir,

J'ai récemment envoyé mon ordinateur (AN515-42) au SAV d'acer et je l'ai récupéré. Mais depuis Nitrosense refuse de se lancer. je l'ai donc désinstallé et j'ai voulu le réinstaller avec la version disponible sur le site mais j'ai un message d'erreur s'affiche: "Cet ordinateur n'est pas pris en charge". Que dois-je faire?
