après essai réinitialisation usine et diverses options utilisées, ça indique que Windows à pas pu ce démarrer et revient sur l'écran réparation, je réinstalle Windows a partir d'un dvd après réinstallation réussi sans option de réparation lors l'installation. Aucun logiciel préinstaller, drivers installer partiellement et ma licence plus Oem

    Quel est le modèle exact de l'ordinateur portable? Exemple AN515-51-75KZ. Avez-vous formaté le disque dur?

    il s'agi d'un Aspire GX 281 W et le disque HDD c'est reformater avec la réinitialisation usine des options de récupération constat fait après réinstallation du système à l'aide d'un DVD Windows Edition familliale

    non de quoi s'agit-il ? mon PC acheter le 06/2018 et enregistrer auprès d' ACER à déjà planter 3 fois (souvent du à une coupure de courant lors de mise à jour ?) et jusqu'à maintenant j'ai réussi à le dépanner avec la réparation système de Windows et j'ai pu retrouver mes applications et paramétres

    le système est déjà réinstaller mais je voudrais en 1er récupérer ma licence OEM fournie avec mon PC même si il est activer avec ma licence numérique lier à mon compte MICROSOFT en 2eme récupérer les logiciels préinstaller avec mon PC ceux fournies sur le site Drivers et logiciel ne sont pas complet et ne reflètent pas ma pré installation de mon PC

    Vérifiez ensuite la licence avec la productkey, voir: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/produkey-x64.zip

    ma licence n'est pas la même que celle du BIOS est-ce celle du BIOS que je dois utiliser et comment faire ? et pour mes logiciel ?

    C'est vrai. Vous devez copier et coller la clé OEM série du BIOS WINDOWS.

    Je ne sais pas si cela fonctionne sur les ordinateurs de bureau, mais que se passe-t-il lorsque vous appuyez sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer? Existe-t-il une fonction appelée D2DRECOVERY dans le BIOS?

    Bonjour, j'ai bien réussi à modifier ma licence qui est maintenant OEM par contre dans Paramètres Système information Système : plus le lien ACER ni logo ou autre info OEM.
    L'appui sur la touche Alt F10 au démarrage du PC me ramène sur l'invite UEFI où je n'ai que Windows 10 ou Option (Test mémoire)
