Bonjour,
Je suis propriétaire d'un acer zone 10 s1002. Dernièrement j'avais installé Android dessus, et il marchait assez bien!!! Et au bout d'un temps, j'ai voulu remettre le PC sous windows 10 comme à l'origine et voilà que je n'arrive plus. J'ai essayé et réessayé mais rien ne marche. S'il vous plaît aidez moi!!!

Merci pour la vidéo... C'est exactement de cette manière que j'avais installé Android... Puis de la même manière que je fais pour windows... La clé USB s'affiche quand J'allume le PC en appuyant sur f12. Sauf qu'elle refuse de s'ouvrir pour réinstaller windows.

Commencez par activer l’option d2drecovery dans le firmware uefi! Appuyez ensuite sur f10 pour enregistrer à la sortie et appuyez immédiatement sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer pour réinstaller les fenêtres d'usine. Vous avez probablement fait une mauvaise configuration! Faire ceci:a) convertissez l’usb en gpt et formatez-le en fat32 comme ceci:
b) Ensuite, téléchargez une image ISO seulement x86 ici:
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209c) extraire l'iso de la clé usbd) créez un mot de passe dans setsupervisorpassword pour désactiver Secureboot et activer la fonction de menu de démarrage F12.e) appuyez sur f10 pour enregistrer et quitter uefi et appuyez immédiatement sur f12 et sélectionnez la clé usb avec windows!Oi!
