You have to change the Sata mode in the Main tab of BIOS with Ctrl+S because the default Sata setting is RST-Optane. If you can't change the Sata Mode try to boot with Safe boot (see picture) with MSConfig.exe (Windows key+R and type MSconfig)

    1. Restart your computer and enter the BIOS by pressing F2 during boot.
    2. On the MAIN tab, press CTRL+S to reveal the hidden options.
    3. Select SATA Mode and switch to AHCI.
    4. Press F10 to save the changes and exit the BIOS.

Don't forget to uncheck Safe boot in MSConfig.exe and to click on Apply afterwards.
