    je viens de contacter le SAV pour faire le point, ils changent la carte mère finalement.
    Ouf j'ai cru que j'y arriverai jamais. Achat du PC en mai sur amazon et deux mois après ils changent la carte mere (défaillante d'usine) 
    Il faut parfois savoir être patient! J'espère juste qu'il n'y aura pas d'autres problème.

    Pouvez-vous le tester avec un autre câble similaire à celui-ci ?

    Si le problème persiste, pouvez-vous toujours échanger l'ordinateur portable dans le magasin où vous l'avez acheté ?

    J'ai deja essayé avec un autre cable il y a deux mois.
    J'ai commandé le PC sur amazon, il n'y a pas d'echange possible.
