Helios 300 ph317-53 haute température? normal ?

dans Predator et Nitro
bonjour, je voulais savoir si c'est NORMAL que la température monte autant haut quand je joue ?
je joue sur un jeu online qui s'appelle "Apex legends" et j'ai mis tous les graphiques en low justement pour pas trop tirer sur le CPU mais ça reste très haut
et si jamais vous me demandez de vous l'envoyez pour voir ce qu'il ne va pas je vous dirais non parce que ce seras déjà la troisième fois que je vous l'envoie en 1 ans donc je préfère encore changer avec  un autre pc qui n'est pas un "dysfonctionnement" comme celui ci

    j'ai essayé de télécharger mais ça me marque qu'il y a un virus du coup il ne me laisse pas le télécharger (en bas à gauche de l'image)
