Clavier ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour à tous,
Le clavier de mon Acer Aspire A517 51G sous windows10 ne fonctionne plus, mais le pad oui et le bouton démarrer du clavier fonctionne également. Je me sert actuellement d'un clavier bluetooth et j'ai essayé différentes manip vu sur des forum sans succès. J'ai réinitialisé mon pc, dans le gestionnaire de périphériques le clavier "fonctionne correctement", les pilotes sont à jour, j'ai décoché la case "touches rémanentes" et "filtre". Est-ce-que quelqu'un aurait une idée svp, MERCI d'avance.

j'ai réinitialisé la batterie sans succès. Pour ce qui est de réinstaller l'OEM d'origine, n'est-ce pas la même chose que la réinitialisation du PC que j'ai déjà effectué? Merci encore0

Pour réinstaller le système OEM, appuyez simplement sur ALT + F10 dès que vous allumez l'ordinateur portable, avant que le logo Acer n'apparaisse.
